WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

WITHIN THE UK:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivered by Royal Mail Post or Parcelforce’s 48hr delivery service

  • Usually dispatched within 2-3 working days

As a guide:

  • Greeting cards/Dog Prints/Framed Dog Prints/Small Limited Edition Prints - £3.95

  • Large prints/framed prints - £5.95

THE REST OF THE WORLD:

I’m afraid we don’t ship outside of the UK.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ITEM IS DISPATCHED?

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, but please be aware that this may be slightly longer at times.  If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.  

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

FOR ORDERS SENT VIA PARCELFORCE:

When your order has been shipped you will receive an SMS or email from Parcelforce, along with a consignment number and link to track the status of your parcel. You should receive a second SMS notification or email on the morning that your order is out for delivery with a 1 hour delivery time slot.  Through Parcelforce’s tracking link, you also have the option to change delivery day, or request that your order is left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

FOR ORDERS SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL:

Unfortunately, these are not tracked.  Royal Mail aims to deliver first class post next day, but please allow 2-3 days from dispatch for delivery. 

HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Items sent with Parcelforce are sent on a 48hr service (once dispatched).

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped, delivery address cannot be altered.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY INVOICE ADDRESS?

Yes, just simply select a separate delivery address at the check out.


Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with the quality of your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return them within seven days of delivery for replacement or refund. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. The purchase price of products returned in original condition will be refunded via the same method of payment as selected on your order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in the case where goods are proven to be faulty or damaged.
